Support Group

If you are grieving for loss of child or grandchild, dealing with all the emotions, difficult questions, doubts and fears can feel overwhelming. The help and encouragement of others, especially from others who have been there, can be helpful. Beginning on Wednesday, February 5, Trinity United Methodist Church will be offering a Support Group that will focus on people who have lost children or grandchildren. The group will meet inTrinity's Church Library located on the second floor of the church building. It will be held from 10:00 am until noon. If you have any questions please contact Diane Sloan by email at diruart@gmail.com or by phone, 910-368-6098.

Staff Christmas Gift

As in the past, the Staff Parish Relations Committee is offering an opportunity for the Trinity Church family to recognize our staff members with a monetary gift for Christmas. This is a perfect time to show appreciation for their efforts. We plan to distribute the gifts after the first of the year. Donations may be mailed to the church, dropped off with the receptionists Monday - Thursday between 9am and 3pm, or Friday 9 am and 12:00 pm or be placed in the offering plate on Sundays. Please make out checks to Trinity United Methodist Church. Please mark "Staff Gift" on memo line of check. The Staff Parish Relations Committee wishes everyone who worships at Trinity, the staff and the many, many volunteers a joyful and blessed Christmas.

Young Adult Connection

Help us stay connected with our college students and young adults. We have sent out our first mailing and this Christmas we want to send each of our 28 young adults a little care package just to let them know we are thinking of them. If you would like to help provide small items or put these together please contact Melissa Bell at melissa.bell@nccumc.org or Julie Jordan a julieejdn@yahoo.com.

Does Trinity have all YOUR current contact info?

For members and all who are attending Trinity Church, we are updating our church directory/database. Please check a roster in the Welcome Center, in Murrow Hall, Annex Desk, or Children’s Check-In Desk and add or correct your information including new email addresses, new cell numbers, change of address or delete a dropped landline, etc.

If you recently had your church directory photo taken and elected to have your LifeTouch complimentary 8x10 sent to the church for pick-up, they are now available in the Welcome Center.
